Fouls !!!

Actually, I realised that I easilly get emotional and I ca't control myself when I play basketball. On this wednesday, I really did that. We played teachers+Ndina and Yarrubi VS students today. It was ok at the beginning of the game. Although I missed quite many shots, it was ok until I got too absorbed in the game. When Mr.Gray was running toward our side after stealing the ball, I pused and kicked him during chasing him. Frankly, I can't see anything when I just chase around the ball, so I don't remember what happen and what I have done. I also didn't remeber what I did and claimed that it wasn't foul. But logically, it was right that I kicked him and it was an obvious foul. This was not the end. The second time I had a conflict was when I tried to block him, I should have vertically jumped, but as I jumped towards him, I fell over him. I ruined not only his mood, but also the atmosphere of the general game. Looking back, it was rude and it was not the thing that a man playing sports do. I always made my team in trouble, but this time I just did it in a different way. However, thorugh this game, I got many morals:

> I should try not to make any physical contact as this can cause a problem

> I should vertically jump when blocking

> I shouldn't resist to any decisions that the refree makes

> I should keep pace, not lose control

  1. Ho Geun, you have been reflective and considered the ethical implications of your actions which is one of the CAS outcomes. People do get caught up in sport when they have passion and it is a skill to control that passion to result in the best possible performance. Good work.
